We are proud to report, that our 10 Penny Lane Apartments at 334 A Avenue have, over the summer, become home to many delighted Kaslo residents and that the needs of our tenants and the house are being kindly and skillfully looked after by our Building Manager, Michael Allaire. A hearty Welcome to Michael and to all our tenants, who have made Penny Lane their home!
On another note, we are sad to say Good-bye to our dedicated book keeper and all around office person Alicia Sergeant, who has tirelessly and enthusiastically worked to support the successful completion of our Penny Lane project by keeping the process organized and our books up to date. We wish Alicia and her beautiful little family the very best in their future endeavors!
Welcoming several new Board Members and knowing that we have filled only a small portion of the need for secure, affordable and attainable housing in Kaslo, we look forward to working together towards future projects to provide such homes for our community.
We will shortly be announcing our 2023 AGM and look forward to seeing many of you there.
